You have the right to return a product within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Returns are free of charge only if the product is defective or arrives damaged.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

- We do not accept returns for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
If your item is faulty or unusable due to a manufacturing issue, we will cover all return costs and offer either a full refund or a replacement.
